1. Have a one specific goal you want to achieve. Write this down and Commit to it.

2. Arrange your environment and surroundings to align with your plan:

  • Write down your favorite healthy foods that you can rely on every day. Keep it simple.

  • Clear your kitchen from all the food items that are not on your list. Give the items to someone who needs them.

  • Write a detailed shopping list based on your food choices.

  • When shopping, only buy what is on your list and never shop when hungry.

  • Prepare your meals ahead of time so you’ll always know what to eat at the next meal time. If you are not planning, you are only hoping.

3. Commit to training 3-4 times a week:

  • Aim for 45 minutes per session, and never more than one hour.

  • Give your absolute best in every training session, even when you don’t feel like it.

  • Stay active throughout the day: increase your steps by going for a walk during lunch breaks, use a standing desk, ride a bike, play table tennis. Even few extra steps a day will make a huge difference over long-term.

4. Establish a daily routine and stick with it. Scheduling training and eating into your calendar will take the thinking out of your new habits.

5. Use this booklet to write everything down and start tracking your progress. Tracking progress = better results.

6. Setbacks are only temporary so don’t give up. Try to learn from them and keep moving forward.

7. Celebrate your Success, you’ve earned it and remember Success leads to more Success.

8. Surround yourself with people who have a similar goals and values as you do.

9. Never think a step is too small. Every big achievement is made of small steps. Learn to love them and you will see incredible results.

10. Be Consistent. This is the most important and the most powerful tool of them all. The only difference between winners and losers is that winners are consistent.
